Working with the Mariners’ Museum ~ Exciting news!!!
For years I have been taking my original paintings upon completion to the Mariners’ Museum in Newport News, VA, to have them professionally photographed. They have an in-house photographer with an expert eye. We’ve also had the museum produce my Schooner Virginia limited edition giclee print, which turned out wonderfully representative of the original.
We’ve been working with the museum on producing four new limited edition giclee prints of my work, all featuring the Schooner Virginia under full-sail racing her friendly rivals! Soon we will be going to press.
This wonderful maritime museum has a large gift shop full of books of the Sea, ship models, museum related memorabilia, and artwork. As soon as the prints are ready the museum will be carrying them in the gift shop. They will also be available on our website.
If you are nearby, haven’t visited the Mariners’ Museum before and have an interest in maritime art, maritime history, ship building, ship models, the Chesapeake Bay etc… it’s a must see. The museum always features a number of exhibits so there is something for everyone.
It is a top-notch museum and I am very excited to be partnering with the museum to produce and sell my maritime reproductions. Here’s to smooth sailing!!!!!
